Concentration in Progress

*These images are not in any particular order yet. Some images will be in between each of these images.

The central idea of my concentration is addiction to technology, and how that has affected society today. Media I used to produce these images are photography and Photoshop. Through these images, it is visible that technology is being integrated into society all around. The lenses that are seen in the images relate back to technology as well because they are 3-D lenses, which shows the shift towards 3-D televisions and technologies. As this theme progresses, more technology is used with an incorporation of more people. Addiction to technology is prominent in society today, as individuals are relying more on technology in their daily lives. This concentration will show how far the use of technology has been pushed overtime.

Silk Painting

In this silk painting, I focused on the color theory, with the warm colors, and cool colors switching off. I also added a border to draw the eye into the sun. In the sky, I added salt to add texture to the top. I really liked how it turned out, with the colors blending together.
Weekly Challenge #8

This week, for my weekly challenge, I photographed my "opposite". My "opposite" is nature photography, and being photo pure because I usually do a lot with Photoshop and editing. I tried to focus a lot on selective focus in the sunset. Overall, these images turned out pretty good; I really like how some have great color, and others have great focus on one plant/object.
